Rare RR Beard Patent hinged striking gaff hook c.1896 a 9’’ hinged two point gaff on screw thread fixed to 38’’ hollow bamboo handle with socket (top);  Early Marbles Spring loaded Gaff , with clear stamp at the base of the spring loaded jaws that reads “W.L.Marble, MNFR-Gladstone, Mich.-Pat.Allowed”,very strong spring and original finish, attached to the 29 ½ ‘’ handle via one screw (bottom).
