One of the rarest of all Edward Vom Hofe Salmon reels is this  1925 serial No. R659 model 484 Col.Thompson Dry Fly 1/0 size 3:1 ratio  multiplying handmade german silver and hard rubber reel.The production of this reel was very short lived (1925-1928).
